The second semester is around the corner, and I’m opening registrations for my 2025/2 courses. If you’re preparing for a Cambridge exam, looking to boost your language skills, or ready to explore literature in English, there’s a course for you.

Cambridge Exam Preparation
Get structured, level-appropriate guidance to help you prepare for internationally recognized certificates. I've been working with exam preparation since 2004 (I got my CPE certificate in 2003). All classes include writing practice, vocabulary expansion, exam strategies, and speaking simulation.
B2 First (FCE) – Tuesdays, 7 – 9 PM (GMT -3)
A practical, skills-based course with exam-focused training for students aiming at B2 level. Ideal for teachers who want to certify their English or expand their classroom strategies.

C1 Advanced (CAE) – Tuesdays, 2 – 4 PM or Fridays, 9 – 11 AM (GMT -3)
A comprehensive course for those ready to challenge themselves at an advanced level. We’ll work on all parts of the exam with a strong focus on vocabulary, writing and oral fluency.

C2 Proficiency (CPE) – Fridays, 2 – 4 PM (GMT -3)
For those looking to reach mastery. This course blends exam strategies with language development to push your reading, writing, and critical thinking to the highest level.

Language Development Courses
For teachers and advanced learners who want to expand their command of English and become more confident users of the language.
B1 – Intermediate – Mondays, 7 – 9 PM (GMT -3)
A grammar and speaking course for teachers who are building toward B2. We’ll review the core systems of English and explore vocabulary through everyday topics and teaching contexts.

Advanced Conversation (C1/C2) – Thursdays, 12 – 1:15 PM or Fridays, 6:15 – 7:30 PM (GMT -3)
Designed for speakers who want to keep their English sharp. We’ll use authentic materials (articles, videos, literature) to boost fluency, expression, and critical thinking.

Advanced Grammar (C1/C2) – Mondays, 5 – 6 PM (GMT -3)
Explore the grammar of English in depth—from sentence complexity to tense nuances and modality. Perfect for teachers who want to speak and write with more accuracy and confidence.

NEW Literature Course:
In Short – A Guided Reading Course – Two groups: Thursdays, 7 – 8:45 PM or Fridays, 4:15 – 6 PM (GMT -3)
Join me and Rafael Ottati for a journey through classic and contemporary short stories. We’ll read, analyze, and discuss thought-provoking texts that spark reflection and joy—while expanding vocabulary and literary awareness.
→ R$ 900 or 4x R$ 225
→ Register in June/July and pay in up to 5x R$ 180 via boleto bancário
(I don't know if you know, but I have a master's degree in English Literature—and Rafael is a PhD in Comparative Literature. We have taught Literature at both undergraduate and graduate levels. We know what we're doing.)
All courses start in August.
